Description:

Modist Care is seeking a Content Designer & Social Media Specialist to join their team and help shape the future of clean, effective skincare. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling content, executing social media campaigns, and optimizing engagement across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and more. You will own the creative calendar, manage performance, and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D & Visual Content: Create photorealistic product renders in Blender and design static and motion assets in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/After Effects for posts and ads.

• Content Planning: Develop and manage a rolling 4-week content calendar aligned with product launches, promotions, and cultural moments.

• Social Campaigns: Execute daily posting, community management, and paid-media optimizations using Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager.

• Meme & Trend Activation: Monitor meme culture and emerging trends, producing on-brand social content within 24 hours.

• Analytics & Testing: Build weekly performance reports, run A/B tests on creative and copy, and refine strategies to improve engagement, ROAS, and CAC.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in social media/content design for skincare, personal care, or cosmetics brands or agencies.

• Tools: Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects/Premiere) and Blender (or equivalent) for 3D product renders.

• Social Media: Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Business Suite, including pixel setup and remarketing.

• Content Strategy: Proven track record in building content calendars that drive ≥ 30% QoQ engagement growth.

• Culture Fit: Fluent in English & Urdu; quick wit for memes and Roman-Urdu captions while maintaining brand voice.

• Data-Driven: Comfortable with Insights, Google Analytics, or similar tools to analyze metrics and improve strategies.

Nice to Have:

• Influencer or UGC seeding experience.

• Basic studio photography and lighting know-how.

• Familiarity with TikTok Spark Ads, Pinterest Idea Pins.
