Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Providing prompt and accurate assistance to customers on Social Media platforms
- Managing the social media channels by responding to customer inquiries, comments and resolve their issues in a timely and empathetic manner
- Gathering information to escalate complaints or issues
- Initiating and managing outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Aiming to make successful sales by conveying product features and benefits persuasively to interested customers
- Adhering to company policies and procedures when handling customer inquiries & complaints
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Written and Spoken (Urdu / English)
- Call Center Experience is preferably required
- Minimum Intermediate, bachelor’s will be preferred
