Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficiency-driven Social Media QA Specialist to join our Content Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of quality, brand compliance, and accuracy across large-scale social media campaigns.

You will oversee content quality control, audit posts prior to publication, streamline QA workflows, and leverage automation/tools to manage high-volume publishing pipelines effortlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Audits: Review social media posts (copy, visuals, tags, links) for accuracy, grammar, and brand guidelines before publishing.
• Volume Management: Use batch auditing, sampling, and automation tools to efficiently maintain QA across large content schedules.
• Process Improvement: Develop standardized checklists and log feedback to help creators reduce recurring errors.
• Publishing Checks: Ensure correct scheduling, platform-specific formatting, and proper URL tracking.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in Social Media QA, Content Operations, or Proofreading.
• Language & Detail: Excellent English grammar with a keen eye for visual and copy errors.
• Tools: Proficiency in Social Media Management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprinklr) and proofreading/PM software (Grammarly, Air table, Asana).
• Efficiency: Ability to work fast in a high-volume, fast-paced environment without missing details.
