We are launching a new men’s unstitched clothing brand and are looking for a Social Media & Performance Manager who can handle everything end-to-end — content, AI designs, reels, paid ads, conversions, and customer communication.
👉 This is NOT a job for a junior SMM.
👉 We need someone who is creative + technical + performance-driven + sales-minded.
If you know how to create content, run ads, grow pages, close customers, and use AI tools — this role is built for you.
🔥 Key Responsibilities
Content Creation (AI + Real)
• Create AI-based model photos, lifestyle visuals, and product mockups
• Shoot basic product close-ups using mobile
• Create reels with trending audio & concepts
• Plan and execute a weekly content calendar
• Maintain consistent brand aesthetic
Social Media Management
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Post content, engage with audience, reply to comments
• Handle DMs & convert lead to sales
• Run stories, polls, Q&A, and engagement activities
• Set up IG Shop / TikTok Shop catalogs
Performance Marketing
• Run Meta Ads (Awareness + Conversion + Retargeting)
• Create ad creatives (AI + reel edits)
• Optimize ads daily for best ROAS
• Manage pixel & tracking (no website, platform-based)
Customer Handling
• Manage WhatsApp Business
• Follow-up on leads, close orders
• Coordinate with dispatch team for deliveries
Influencer & UGC
• Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers
• Manage unboxings, reviews, and UGC content
• Repost customer content regularly
Reporting & Analytics
• Weekly performance reports
• Competitor monitoring
• Growth insights and improvement suggestions
🎯 Who We’re Looking For (Must-Have Skills)
Technical & Creative Skills
• Strong Meta Ads experience (required)
• Reels editing (Cap Cut / VN / Adobe)
• AI tools experience (Midjourney, Leonardo, Krea, Runway)
• Canva Pro / Photoshop basics
• Instagram & TikTok growth knowledge
• Content planning & execution
• Product marketing understanding
Sales & Communication Skills
• Strong DM selling ability
• Clear & professional communication
• Ability to close orders & handle inquiries
• Customer-oriented mindset

• 1–3 years’ experience in SMM/Ads (but must be technically strong)
