This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Social Media Marketing Strategist & Content Creator. The individual in this role will develop and execute social media strategies, create engaging content, optimize social media presence, and manage public relations efforts. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring social media channels, engaging with the audience, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and effective communication.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies
• Create engaging, on-brand content (posts, reels, videos, stories, blogs)
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for better engagement
• Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and audience preferences
• Collaborate with our team for campaigns, launches, and promotions

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in social media strategy and content creation
• Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
• Strong copywriting, storytelling, and design skills
• Expertise with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and more
• Knowledge of social media tools (like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• A creative mind with a strategic approach
• Bonus: Photography/videography and basic graphic design skills
