Job Responsibilities

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

 

Managing Social Media Content:

• Curate and create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.

 

Creative Copywriting:

• Craft compelling and creative copy for social media posts, ensuring a consistent brand voice and tone.

• Develop captivating captions, headlines, and other written content to enhance audience engagement.

 

Platform Management:

• Oversee and manage the company's presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

• Stay updated on platform algorithms and trends to optimize content performance.

 

Storytelling and Reels Creation:

• Develop and execute creative storytelling strategies for Instagram and LinkedIn.

• Create engaging and dynamic stories and reels to maintain a vibrant and authentic digital presence.

 

Social Media Strategy:

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.

• Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and brand visibility on social media.

 

Digital Persona Building:

• Shape and build the company's digital persona through strategic content and engagement.

• Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely and professional manner.

 

Collaboration with Graphic Team:

• Provide clear design directions to the graphic team for visually appealing and cohesive social media assets.

• Ensure graphics align with the brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

• Strong creative writing and communication skills.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends.

• Experience in creating and executing social media strategies.

• A good eye for design aesthetics.

• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a dynamic environment.
