The Social Media Marketing Specialist will manage and grow Zroxxal’s presence across key social media platforms through strategic planning and daily content execution. This part-time, remote role involves creating and scheduling posts, designing campaigns, and optimizing content to increase engagement and brand awareness. The specialist will monitor social media performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal stakeholders to align messaging with marketing goals, responding to audience interactions, and staying current with social media trends and platform best practices. The role may also support broader digital marketing initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance Zroxxal’s online visibility.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation, including writing, basic graphic design, and multimedia adaptation for different channels.
• Foundational Marketing knowledge, including audience segmentation, brand positioning, and campaign performance analysis.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and professionally.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, or similar) and the ability to interpret data for optimization.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time hours effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
• Prior experience in tech, SaaS, or digital solutions industries is an advantage.
• Relevant education or certifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field are beneficial.
