Description:
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist (Internal) to join our Lahore team, someone who wants to manage TTI's internal and external employer brand storytelling in a world-class, eco-smart, and innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow TTI's employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create weekly content highlighting employee growth stories, training journeys, CSR initiatives, sustainability projects, and TTI's role in nation-building.
- Design and execute internal awareness campaigns ("Did You Know?" series, employee spotlights, recognition programs).
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to promote training programs, career pathways, and internal events.
- Track and report social media engagement, reach, and application metrics.
- Support university partnership communications and recruitment marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- BBA / MBA Marketing or BS Mass Communication from a recognized university.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or employer branding (corporate or agency experience preferred).
- Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, and social media management tools.
- Understanding of employer branding or internal communications is a plus.
- Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively.
