The Senior Executive – Digital Marketing, Social Media & Lead Generation will play a key role in strengthening Rehab Accomplished’s online presence, managing SEO and paid campaigns, and building lead funnels to attract healthcare partners and professionals.
Key Responsibilities🔹 Digital Marketing & SEO
- Plan, implement, and manage SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and website performance.
- Conduct keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other ad platforms.
- Collaborate with the web and content teams to optimize user experience and conversions.
🔹 Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute creative, platform-specific content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Manage posting schedules, engagement, and campaign performance analytics.
- Run paid ad campaigns to grow brand reach and drive inquiries.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm updates, and healthcare marketing best practices.
🔹 Lead Generation
- Develop targeted lead generation campaigns for U.S.-based healthcare agencies and professionals.
- Create and optimize landing pages, funnels, and email outreach campaigns.
- Utilize CRM tools and automation to manage and nurture leads.
- Analyze conversion data and continuously improve campaign ROI.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and lead generation.
- Expertise with SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) and social ad platforms.
- Strong understanding of lead funnels, CRM systems, and email marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical and reporting abilities.
- Experience in healthcare or U.S.-based marketing is a plus.
