We are now hiring a Social Media & Paid Marketing Specialist to manage our digital presence, create engaging content, and help us grow our brand story.
🔑 Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Management
- Edit and publish videos (stock updates, brand story, informative and entertaining content).
- Maintain a consistent brand theme and storytelling style across all platforms.
- Conduct competitor and trend analysis to suggest new content ideas.
- Manage posting schedules and ensure timely content delivery.
- Community & Engagement
- Monitor audience interaction, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.
- Proactively create content that attracts and retains smartphone retailers.
- Paid Marketing
- Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
- Track campaign performance and ensure a good return on investment.
- Use insights and metrics to adjust strategy.
- Analytics & Reporting (Good to Have)
- Track and report on social media KPIs (reach, engagement, leads).
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve content and campaigns.
✅ Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and video editing.
- Strong understanding of brand storytelling and audience engagement.
- Knowledge of paid marketing tools and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting (preferred but not mandatory).
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and align with business goals.
