As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads. You’ll work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to create compelling social media campaigns across multiple platforms.

 

Key Job Responsibilities

· Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals and brand identity.

· Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc).

· Plan and run paid ad campaigns (TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to boost reach and conversions.

· Monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

· Conduct audience and competitor research to inform content and strategy.

· Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.

· Collaborate with the content and design teams to maintain consistent visual and messaging standards.

· Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and tools.

· Prepare monthly reports on campaign performance and growth insights.

· Manage social media calendars to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and posts.

 

Skills and Experience

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum 7 – 10 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.

· Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X.

· Advertising Skills: Experience with TikTok Ads, Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and campaign optimization.

· Analytics Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Analytics, Insights, and reporting tools.

· Content Creation: Strong understanding of visual storytelling, captions, and brand voice.

· Creativity & Adaptability: Ability to craft engaging campaigns across different industries.

· Graphic & Video Tools: Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or video editing platforms is a plus.

· Time Management: Ability to manage multiple social channels and meet campaign deadlines.

· Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
