🎯 Key Responsibilities
Create and execute monthly & weekly content calendars
Conduct market research & competitor analysis
Develop engaging, brand-aligned content
Write compelling captions with strategic hashtag usage
Drive organic growth (followers, reach, engagement, impressions)
Plan, launch & optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Maintain strong and consistent brand positioning
Design basic creatives using Canva
Track KPIs and analyze performance metrics
Stay updated with social media trends & algorithm changes

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications
3–6 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing
Strong hands-on experience in organic growth strategies
Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager
Deep understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram algorithms
Ability to plan and execute performance-driven campaigns
Basic working knowledge of Canva
Strong analytical, communication & organizational skills

Experience with social media analytics tools
Knowledge of brand positioning & online reputation management
Creative thinker with attention to detail
