Description:
We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager with strong experience in eCommerce, Investment, and Real Estate marketing within the Pakistan & UAE market. The role focuses on lead generation, brand positioning, and revenue growth through strategic organic and paid social media initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies for eCommerce brands, investment portfolios, and real estate projects
- Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with sales and investment goals
- Identify local market trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities
Content & Campaign Execution
- Oversee creation of engaging content including reels, short videos, carousels, property showcases, and investment campaigns
- Manage social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Ensure brand consistency and regulatory-compliant messaging for investment-related content
Paid Media & Lead Generation
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Generate qualified leads for real estate projects and investment opportunities
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as leads, conversions, CPA, ROAS, engagement, and reach
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Optimize strategies based on data and performance trends
Team Coordination
- Lead and mentor social media executives, designers, and content creators
- Coordinate with internal marketing, sales, and investment teams
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management
- Proven experience in eCommerce, Real Estate, and Investment marketing
- Strong understanding of Pakistan & UAE digital audience behavior
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of high-ticket lead generation
- Experience managing multiple brands or projects
