We are seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Social Media Marketer & Content Strategist with 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and paid social media advertising.
This role is ideal for a strategist who understands platform trends, excels in video storytelling, and can drive real results through data-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies that align with brand objectives.
- Create engaging short-form video content, reels, animations, and static creatives for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other tools.
- Monitor key KPIs including engagement, reach, CTR, ROI, and deliver detailed performance reports.
- Analyze competitor trends, content performance, and industry insights to drive continuous campaign improvement.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and brand strategists to ensure consistent messaging and tone across all content.
- Handle community management, engage with followers, and maintain an authentic and on-brand social presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in social media marketing and content strategy.
- Proven track record with a strong portfolio of video content, reels, and successful campaign results.
- Advanced proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
- Deep understanding of content funnels, audience targeting, platform algorithms, and social media best practices.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, or a relevant discipline (preferred).
