Description:
We’re looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Manager to lead our clients’ online presence. This role requires a deep understanding of branding, audience engagement, and content strategy. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, growing communities, and ensuring that every post, reel, and campaign aligns with both client and agency goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Content Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for Oscend and its clients.
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviors to craft data-driven content plans.
• Plan monthly content calendars with a mix of static posts, videos, reels, and interactive formats.
• Content Creation & Execution
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce engaging content.
• Oversee content production, ensuring high-quality visuals, captions, and storytelling.
• Experiment with trends, memes, and viral content to boost engagement while maintaining brand identity.
• Community Management & Engagement
• Monitor comments, messages, and interactions across all platforms, fostering engagement and building brand loyalty.
• Implement influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and user-generated content strategies.
• Respond to audience queries and feedback, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Performance Analysis & Growth
• Track key metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) and prepare reports with insights.
• Continuously optimize content based on performance data and A/B testing.
• Stay ahead of platform algorithms and trends to maximize organic growth.
• Paid Campaigns & Ads (if applicable)
• Collaborate with the media buying team to integrate organic and paid social strategies.
• Assist in setting up and monitoring paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in social media marketing, content creation, or brand management. Agency experience is a plus.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of content marketing, branding, and digital trends.
• Ability to create engaging and platform-optimized content (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
• Mindset: Creative, strategic, and adaptable. You should be a trend-spotter, problem-solver, and team player.
