J.B. Saeed Home and Hardware is hiring a Social Media & Marketing Manager to take the lead in all digital marketing and eCommerce efforts. This full-time role, based in DHA Phase 6, Karachi, is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who is eager to grow a brand’s online presence while managing a motivated team.

As a key member of the leadership team, you’ll be expected to enhance brand visibility, generate online sales, and engage customers through digital channels—with a strong focus on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and WooCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• 📱 Drive brand awareness through strategic use of social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram

• 📈 Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with measurable KPIs and ROI

• 🛒 Manage and improve eCommerce operations, primarily on WooCommerce

• 👥 Lead the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration

• 💬 Build and manage online engagement to grow brand loyalty and community presence

• 📊 Analyze and optimize campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools

• 💡 Stay ahead of trends and propose innovative marketing ideas to elevate brand engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or eCommerce

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to manage a team

• Hands-on experience with WooCommerce, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and related platforms

• Strong creative mindset paired with excellent communication and planning skills
