Social Media Marketing Internship

Description:

• We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern with basic to good knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
• This internship offers hands-on learning in social media management and paid advertising.
• After successful completion of 6 months, high-performing interns may be offered a full-time job based on performance.

Key Responsibilities.

• Manage and schedule posts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok Create captions, hashtags, and content ideas aligned with brand identity.
• Research trends, reels, and competitor strategies.
• Assist in planning, creating, and managing Meta Ads.
• Monitor ad performance (reach, clicks, engagement, basic conversions) respond to comments and messages professionally.
• Share weekly social media and ads performance reports.

Required Skills.

• Good understanding of Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and creatives.
• Basic understanding of ad metrics (CTR, reach, engagement, CPC).
• Interest in social media marketing and brand building.
• Creative thinking and consistency.
• Good communication skills.
