Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing preferred
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Good content creation and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of Canva and social media analytics
• Creative mindset with awareness of current digital trends

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and grow CSH Pharmacy’s social media platforms
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content
• Plan and execute social media campaigns
• Monitor engagement, reach, and audience growth
• Respond to online customer queries and comments
• Coordinate with the team for promotions and marketing campaigns
