The ideal candidate will have up to one year of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving audience growth. The position demands a flair for writing, a strong aesthetic sense for visuals, and the ability to translate brand voice into digital content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and engagement on all major social media platforms

• Create visually appealing posts using Canva or similar graphic design tools

• Craft compelling and creative copy for various campaigns and brand messaging

• Use analytics tools to track performance and suggest improvements

• Collaborate with marketing team for ongoing digital strategies and initiatives

• Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and content best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with a Marketing specialization

• Up to 1 year of experience in social media marketing

• Strong command over English writing and editing

• Creative thinking and content ideation skills

• Familiarity with design tools like Canva, scheduling tools, and social media analytics platforms
