IT CORP Inc. is seeking a Social Media Marketer (SMM) with a proven track record of building and managing brands across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns) tailored for each platform.
- Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry insights to adapt strategies.
- Build and manage the company’s brand identity consistently across all digital channels.
- Track performance metrics (engagement, leads, conversions) and prepare analytical reports.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for content production.
- Manage online community engagement by responding to comments, queries, and feedback promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media marketing and brand building.
- Strong portfolio of past work showcasing successful campaigns.
- Must provide experience letter(s) with a verifiable background.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics tools and digital marketing trends.
- Proficiency in running ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
