Square Feet Marketing is hiring a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketer to join its team in Karachi, Sindh. This position is strictly for candidates willing to work permanently in Karachi.
The Social Media Marketer will be responsible for managing and creating engaging content for the company's social media platforms, monitoring performance metrics, and developing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Track, monitor, and analyze performance metrics of social media campaigns, using data-driven insights to adjust strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies.
- Engage with customers by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Analyze competitor activities and recommend improvements for better performance.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Ensure all content and strategies comply with the company's social media policies and brand guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in using major social media platforms and management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret and leverage social media performance metrics.
- Experience in developing social media strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing techniques.
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
