Salary: Rs. 120,000–140,000/month (based on experience and skill set)
Shifts: 11 AM – 8 PM / 12 PM – 9 PM
Days: Monday to Friday
Offs: Alternate Saturdays

Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative, strategic, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and hands-on experience in content creation, planning, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage and oversee daily social media activities across relevant platforms
•    Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, captions, etc.)
•    Develop monthly and campaign-based content calendars
•    Create and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and business goals
•    Plan and manage digital campaigns, launches, and promotions
•    Coordinate with design, video, and production teams for content execution
•    Monitor page performance, engagement, reach, and insights
•    Optimize content based on analytics and platform trends
•    Handle basic community management (comments, DMs, brand tone maintenance)
•    Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices
