Description:
We are looking for a mid-level Social Media Manager who can independently manage day-to-day social media operations for multiple personal brands. This role requires strong research skills, a sharp understanding of content trends and the ability to use Al tools to work efficiently without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy, Planning & Research
• Research industry trends, competitors, and audience behavior.
• Develop platform-specific content strategies and monthly content calendars.
• Use AI tools for research, ideation, and content planning.
2. Content Creation & Execution
• Write captions, hooks, and CTAs for posts, reels, and stories.
• Leverage AI tools for content variations, messaging refinement, and faster execution.
• Coordinate with designers/video editors and ensure timely, high-quality content publishing.
3. Short-Form Video & Reels
• Research trends, formats, and platform behavior for short-form content.
• Plan and structure reel ideas; repurpose existing content for short-form formats.
4. Brand & Team Collaboration
• Maintain consistent brand tone and monitor engagement.
• Share audience insights internally and collaborate across teams for smooth workflows.
5. Performance Tracking
• Track and analyze metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth.
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for content optimization.
Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong research, analytical, and trend-spotting skills.
- Excellent copywriting, content planning, and execution skills
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for content creation and workflow optimization
