Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, build community engagement, and drive brand awareness across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in planning, creating, and executing social media campaigns that align with brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, stories, carousels, etc.) tailored to each platform
- Schedule and publish content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite
- Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports to track engagement, reach, and conversions
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
- Respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages promptly and professionally
- Stay up to date with trends, hashtags, and viral content ideas to keep brand pages fresh and relevant
- Assist in running paid social ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Support influencer collaborations, campaign launches, and community engagement activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Specialist, or similar role
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and content best practices
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools is a plus
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics preferred
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
