As a Social Media Manager at Vertex IT Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our social media strategy across multiple platforms. You will manage content creation, community engagement, and performance analytics to increase brand awareness and drive measurable business results. This position requires a creative, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of social media initiatives. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and product teams to develop campaigns that align with business objectives and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Execution

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create and oversee engaging, high-quality content (text, image, and video) tailored to platform specific audiences.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Vertex stays competitive.

2. Community Management & Engagement

  • Build and maintain a strong, positive online presence for Vertex IT Solutions.
  • Respond to audience inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster engagement with followers and encourage interaction across platforms.

3. Analytics & Continuous Improvement

  • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize content, posting schedules, and engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.

4. Brand Advocacy & Collaboration

  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and product teams to produce cohesive campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to recommend innovative initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–4 years of professional experience managing social media for a tech company or product.
  • Strong expertise in social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social,
  • Hootsuite).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for visual content and storytelling.
  • Experience running paid social media campaigns and optimizing ROI is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
