The Social Media Manager will create and manage daily content, run social media strategies, ensure brand consistency, and track performance across platforms. The role requires creativity, strong communication, and experience handling UK/US market audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Research current trends and audience preferences.
- Design and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create and maintain a marketing calendar for the company.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (text, images, videos, news).
- Bring fresh content ideas and suggest new social media features, promotions, and competitions.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Run and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and monitor customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager in the UK/US market.
- Hands-on experience in content management.
- Excellent copywriting and creative skills.
- Ability to deliver original and engaging content.
- Solid knowledge of SEO, analytics, and online marketing channels.
- Familiarity with web design.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- BBA/MBA or relevant degree.
