Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead social media strategies across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and additional platforms
• Manage content calendars, platform growth, and consistent brand voice
• Collaborate with design and content teams to guide creative direction
• Monitor trends, insights, and competitor activity to generate new ideas
• Manage multi-channel paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)
• Build full-funnel acquisition and remarketing strategies
• Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
• Execute A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and placements
• Use data and analytics to drive decisions and scale campaign performance
• Track KPIs and prepare regular reporting for internal teams
• Ensure proper tracking setups including Pixels, UTMs, and conversion events
Requirements:
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in social media management and performance marketing
• Proven experience running and optimizing paid campaigns with measurable results
• Strong understanding of ad platforms, targeting, analytics, and funnel building
• Ability to convert data into actionable insights and clear recommendations
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and strategic planning skills
• Comfortable handling multiple projects, deadlines, and fast-paced workflows
• Must be able to work on-site in Islamabad/Rawalpindi
