We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager who is also skilled in graphic design and video editing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing content across all our social media platforms to grow our brand, engage audiences, and generate leads.

This role requires a blend of creativity, design expertise, and social media strategy. You will be producing engaging graphics, reels, short-form videos, and managing content calendars while analyzing performance and trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage daily content (posts, reels, stories, shorts) across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube.

• Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and creatives aligned with brand identity.

• Edit professional-quality videos for social media campaigns, ads, and promotions.

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.

• Run and monitor paid social campaigns (boosting, targeting, retargeting).

• Analyze and report content performance using analytics tools, providing recommendations for improvement.

• Stay updated with latest social media trends, algorithms, and design tools.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for campaign alignment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Digital Marketer.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma).

• Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).

• Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling.

• Knowledge of social media algorithms, SEO, and paid campaigns.

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills (English & Urdu).

• Ability to manage multiple platforms and deliver on tight deadlines.
