The company is seeking a talented and passionate Content Creation Genius + Social Media Manager who will become the energetic voice and driving force behind multiple brand accounts.

In this role, you will manage social media accounts for over five growing brands, overseeing everything from content creation and scheduling to community engagement and brand consistency. Your work will involve crafting compelling, human-centric captions, and collaborating with designers and video editors to produce visually captivating carousels, reels, and posts that resonate with audiences across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Your daily responsibilities include planning and maintaining detailed content calendars for clients from diverse industries, writing engaging overlays, hook lines, and calls-to-action designed to stop the scroll and boost interaction. Staying ahead of current social media trends and creatively adapting them to fit client brands will be a key part of your role. You will also harness AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva Magic Write, and CapCut AI to enhance productivity without compromising on content quality.

Monitoring analytics and monthly performance data will allow you to continuously refine and optimize content strategies to maximize reach and engagement. You will be expected to brainstorm innovative ideas that break social media algorithms, helping brands gain significant organic traction.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of experience managing multiple social media accounts, preferably in an agency setting. You should have a keen eye for what makes content a “scroll-stopper” and be proficient in crafting catchy and adaptable copy for different brand voices. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Google Sheets are essential to keep multiple projects on track.

Bonus points will be awarded if you have experience in real estate, mental health, or hospitality sectors, basic video shooting/editing skills, or a history of making viral posts. A fun and collaborative team spirit will help you thrive in this role.
