Social Media Manager

Description:

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all social media channels, designing promotional materials, planning and executing digital campaigns, and growing our brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Design engaging graphics, banners, and visuals for campaigns and daily content
• Run paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Google, Instagram, and other platforms
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
• Create monthly content calendars and performance reports
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams for campaign goals and execution
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital trends and tools

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.)
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
