HG Marketing, a dynamic podcast agency based in Lahore, is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Manager to join its team. HG Marketing specializes in B2B podcasting for marketers and entrepreneurs, focusing on lead generation and content systems. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality organic content delivery across audio, video, and written formats while managing content calendars and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and maintain content calendars for client podcast episodes.

• Submit raw files for editing and oversee the entire production workflow to meet quality standards and client guidelines.

• Conduct rigorous quality reviews of all content and assets delivered to clients.

• Design or supervise the creation of thumbnails and promotional social media content for episodes.

• Manage revisions and ensure all client feedback is implemented accurately.

• Analyze podcast performance metrics and report insights to leadership for continuous improvement.

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and project updates.

• Collaborate with editors, designers, and content creators to deliver high-impact podcast content.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO).

• Skilled in content planning, editing oversight, and performance analytics.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• Familiarity with platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts is a plus.

• Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Location: Gulberg III, Lahore

• Salary Range: PKR 65000 – 75000 per month
