What You’ll Do:
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Coordinate with design and copy teams to execute compelling social content tailored for each platform
Paid Advertising Campaigns
- Plan, set up, and manage high-converting Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
- Monitor ad performance and optimize for best ROI
Lead Generation & Engagement
- Execute organic lead generation strategies through social outreach and community engagement
- Analyze engagement metrics and adapt strategies to improve reach and interaction
SEO & Content Writing
- Apply basic SEO knowledge in content planning and optimization
- Write professional pitches and proposals for prospective clients
Email Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar
- Track open rates, conversions, and suggest improvements based on analytics
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts (agency experience preferred)
- Strong understanding of both organic and paid social strategies
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Creative thinker with an analytical mindset
- Familiarity with social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Later
- Basic SEO skills and an understanding of marketing funnels
- Excellent communication skills and proposal writing abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
