Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and execute Brandiloft’s social media strategy across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a deep understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and digital marketing best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with Brandiloft’s marketing goals.

Create and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, stories, posts) across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Twitter.

Monitor and analyze social media performance, optimizing campaigns for engagement and reach.

Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to enhance Brandiloft’s digital presence.

Collaborate with the content creation and design teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.

Run and manage paid social media campaigns to boost brand awareness and conversions.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare monthly performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in an agency or brand setting.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content strategies, and analytics tools.

Excellent writing, communication, and creative skills.

Ability to work with design teams to create visually compelling content.

Hands-on experience with social media advertising, paid campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
