As a Social Media Leads Handling Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our leads and play a key role in building relationships, scheduling demos, and ensuring timely conversions. If you have a knack for engaging with people, handling leads efficiently, and driving results, we want you!
Responsibilities:
-Respond promptly to incoming leads through social media channels.
-Actively engage with leads, answering their questions, providing information, and addressing their needs.
-Schedule and organize product demos based on lead interest.
-Conduct demos, showcase the value of our products/services, and work towards closing deals.
-Ensure that all leads are managed effectively through the pipeline and provide consistent follow-up.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven ability to engage with potential clients and provide a positive experience.
Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp) and lead generation tools.
Comfortable conducting demos and explaining complex ideas simply.
