ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Social Media & Lead Generation Specialist to build our digital presence from the ground up. This isn’t a maintenance role. We are effectively resetting our social media strategy and need someone who can architect it and not just execute templates.
Phase 1 is brand building: establishing a recognizable, credible, and engaging presence across platforms. Lead generation at scale comes after the foundation is right. If you’re someone who thinks in funnels and in narratives, this role is for you.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
Strategy & Planning
Develop a unified platform strategy and content calendar that serves both the Pakistan and U.S. markets under one campaign umbrella. Define brand voice, messaging framework, and content pillars. Design B2B and B2C lead generation funnels. Build a content strategy with sustainability and longevity as core principles, not just volume.
Organic Content & Execution
Create and publish content across formats: static posts, carousels, graphics, and short-form video (reels). Write copy that reflects the NovaTechX brand voice with clarity and conviction. Develop foundational evergreen content: who we are, what we offer, why it matters. Own the posting schedule and optimize timing and format per platform.
Paid Campaigns
Set up, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Provide budget recommendations backed by clear ROI justification. Run A/B tests, optimize for conversions, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
Community & Lead Management
Monitor and manage comments and inboxes across all active platforms. Route inbound leads to the appropriate pipeline (B2B or B2C). Maintain professional response time standards that reflect our brand.

LinkedIn (Primary): Professional networking, thought leadership, B2B engagement, and high-value connections.
Instagram & Facebook: Visibility, credibility, social proof, and audience growth.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We want someone who brings proven experience in both social media management and lead generation, not one or the other. You should have a demonstrable track record running B2B and B2C campaigns, ideally within education, tech, or startup ecosystems. You’re a strategic thinker who can also execute: copywriting, visual content, paid media, and analytics are all within your range. You’re comfortable with scheduling tools, ad platforms, and performance dashboards, and you know how to turn data into decisions.
