The Social Media Lead Generation Internee will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads for Upvave’s web solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching target audiences, creating and scheduling posts, optimizing social media profiles, and engaging with prospects through comments, direct messages, and relevant groups. The role also involves tracking campaign performance, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with marketing and content teams to refine outreach strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, offering hands-on experience in digital lead generation and social media marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills for running and refining lead generation campaigns.
• Effective Communication and Writing abilities to craft clear, compelling messages and interact professionally with potential clients.
• Understanding of Content Strategy to align posts, campaigns, and outreach with overall marketing goals.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X) and basic analytics tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, collaborate within a team, and manage time and tasks in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about web solutions, digital marketing trends, and lead generation best practices.
• Relevant coursework or training in marketing, business, communications, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
