This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Handler + CSR based in Lahore. The candidate will manage the company’s social media platforms, create engaging content, schedule posts, and analyze performance metrics to improve online presence. Additionally, the role involves addressing customer inquiries via online platforms, maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely follow-ups. Collaboration with internal teams to provide a cohesive social media and customer service strategy is an essential part of the role.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and analytics
  • Experience in customer relationship management, handling inquiries, and resolving complaints
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Basic knowledge of social media advertising strategies is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is desirable
