Description:

The employee will be responsible for managing social media presence of all CIS clients’ brands and businesses on different social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and other social media sites.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, develop, monitor and manage social media marketing strategies, campaigns and day-to-day activities and prepare reports.
  • Address customer queries and complaints on Facebook Page of the business as an Admin.
  • Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure that the designs are made as per client’s requirement and are implemented.
  • Create engaging content on social media platforms to involve customers and spread brand awareness.
  • Attend corporate meetings to understand client’s requirement and coordinate to serve the best possible solutions to their concerns and problems.
  • Establish and generate campaign promotions, contests, paid advertising, events, product launches, in coordination with the marketing team, to apply on different platforms of social media.
  • Conduct online market research thoroughly on the industries and formulate detailed analysis of the competitors, market offerings and promotions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be acknowledged with social media trending and traffic gaining techniques.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English language.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • BBA/MBA (Marketing)/BMS
  • Experience in similar role is preferred. However, fresh are also encouraged to apply.
