Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Strategies: Design, implement, and refine multi‑platform social media plans that align with business goals
- Create Engaging Content: Write inclusive, compelling captions and posts that resonate with diverse audiences and drive engagement
- Analyze & Optimize: Monitor key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), generate insights, and iterate campaigns for continuous improvement
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with design, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive brand messaging and unified campaign execution
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Research platform updates, emerging tools, and industry best practices to keep DLN’s presence cutting‑edge.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–2 years managing social media for a brand or agency, with demonstrable results
- Skills:
- Exceptional writing and communication abilities
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with social analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics)
- Creativity in content ideation and a knack for storytelling
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience
- Bonus Points:
- Proven track record generating leads via LinkedIn
- Hands‑on experience running paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
