Description:

If you want to build a long-term career in AI SaaS (Social Media) for USA-based markets, this is a high-impact role where you’ll:

  • Work on multiple AI SaaS products and growth campaigns
  • Build real AI systems + structures (not just posting content)
  • Own the AI lead engine from awareness → conversion → sales handoff
  • Use modern AI tools (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, and more) to move faster and smarter
  • Earn strong base salary + commission on lead conversions

 

Key Responsibilities (What you will own):

 

1) Build Social Media Sales Channels (US Market)

  • Build and execute a growth strategy across:
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, Google (Search/Display/YouTube)
  • Develop multi-channel lead generation funnels for AI SaaS products
  • Create and optimize B2B social selling workflows for the USA audience

 

2) Develop Social Media Systems & Structures

  • Create repeatable systems for:
  • Content planning & publishing for Ad Campaigns
  • Lead capture & nurturing (Organic & Inorganic)
  • Retargeting & conversion
  • AI CRM handoff to sales
  • Design “always-on” structures (campaign calendars, playbooks, SOPs, reporting dashboards)

 

3) Build a Cognitive Lead Base (Lead Engine + Intelligence)

  • Build a high-quality Cognitive Lead Base (segmented, enriched, scored) to sell AI SaaS Solutions in the USA Markets
  • Create ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles), buyer personas, and industry clusters
  • Implement lead scoring, enrichment, tagging, and pipeline tracking
  • Ensure lead handoff is clear and sales-ready (with context and intent signals)

 

4) Paid + Organic Growth Execution

  • Plan and run campaigns in:
  • Meta Ads Manager (pixels, CAPI concepts, audiences, retargeting)
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager (B2B targeting, lead gen forms, retargeting)
  • Google Ads (search intent, landing page alignment, conversion tracking)
  • Create high-performing content: ad creatives, copy, carousels, short videos, lead magnets
  • Own A/B testing, performance optimization, and budget efficiency

 

5) AI Tooling & Automation (Speed + Scale)

  • Use AI tools daily to accelerate production and performance:
  • Gemini, OpenAI (ChatGPT), Claude + other AI tools for content, research, creatives, workflows
  • Help implement automation for outreach, nurturing, reporting, and content systems (where applicable)

 

6) Reporting & Analytics

  • Track performance using platform analytics and dashboards
  • Monitor KPIs like: CPL, CTR, CVR, CAC, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and conversion to sales
  • Present weekly insights and action plans to improve results

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • BS/BE in Computer Science (or closely related field)
  • Strong hands-on experience across: Meta, LinkedIn, and Google ecosystems
  • Proven ability to build sales channels, marketing systems, and structured lead generation
  • Strong understanding of AI SaaS products, funnels, and US-market positioning
  • Excellent communication skills: Read / Write / Listen / Speak in English
  • Comfortable working independently with ownership and targets
