Description:
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media/Marketing Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, skilled in content creation, and open to exploring new ideas and AI-powered marketing approaches that drive engagement and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, posts, stories, blogs) for social media platforms.
- Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva AI, Jasper, etc.) for content ideation, copywriting, image/video generation, and campaign optimization.
- Utilize AI-based analytics to track performance, audience behavior, and sentiment insights.
- Develop and execute creative campaigns to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong online community.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.
- Suggest and implement new ideas, automation workflows, and strategies to keep social media fresh and impactful.
- Prepare monthly performance reports, highlighting the impact of AI-driven insights on campaign success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or video editing tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, automation, and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills (written & visual storytelling).
- Ability to think outside the box and bring creative, AI-enhanced campaign ideas to life.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks/projects.
Nice to Have
- Experience with paid social media ads (LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
- Knowledge of SEO basics and AI-driven content optimization.
- Experience with scheduling/automation tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, HubSpot, Zapier, etc.).
