HG Marketing, a dynamic podcast agency based in Lahore, is seeking a skilled and proactive Social Media Executive to join their team. The agency focuses on helping marketers and entrepreneurs drive lead generation through high-quality B2B podcasting, with a strong emphasis on system development, content quality, and business growth.

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Gulberg III, Lahore, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for managing podcast content delivery, ensuring quality control of audio, video, and written content, and maintaining a consistent and effective online presence for clients.

Key responsibilities include planning and organizing content calendars for client podcasts, overseeing the editing process, submitting raw files, and ensuring all content adheres to client instructions and quality standards. The role also involves managing social media platforms, designing or supervising thumbnail creation, tracking podcast performance metrics, and handling client communication to keep them updated on milestones and deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in social media marketing and optimization, strong content planning and communication skills, and the ability to analyze data for insights and improvements. Experience with platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts is a plus.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)

• Strong skills in content planning, editing oversight, and performance analytics

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of industry quality standards and content platforms

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred

• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous

• Familiarity with platforms like YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts
