As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for crafting and executing impactful social media strategies to enhance the company’s brand visibility, audience engagement, and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to campaign goals.

• Maintain a consistent posting calendar with timely content updates across all platforms.

• Monitor audience behavior, social media trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

• Actively engage with followers by responding to messages, comments, and initiating interactions.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to align social efforts with broader campaigns.

• Stay informed about the latest tools, platform updates, and industry best practices.

• Analyze key social media metrics, providing actionable insights and optimization suggestions.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.

• Proficiency in social media management and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).

• Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and content strategies.

• Creative content creation abilities including writing, basic design, and storytelling.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized with great time management and attention to detail.

• A proactive and creative mindset, with enthusiasm for staying current in a fast-changing industry.
