Description:

We are Looking for "Social Media Executive" to managing Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, your role is pivotal in developing and executing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage the audience, and grow the channel's online presence.

 

Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the channel's goals and target audience across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Content Creation and Curation: Create compelling and relevant content in various formats, including text, images, videos, stories, and reels, tailored for each platform. Curate user-generated content to foster community engagement.

Platform Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the channel's social media accounts on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Schedule and publish posts, stories, and videos in line with the content strategy.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics, insights, and performance data to measure the success of campaigns and content. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve engagement.

Social Media Advertising: Develop and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns across platforms to promote content, events, and increase brand awareness.

Cross-Platform Integration: Integrate and optimize content across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube to maximize reach and engagement.

Growth and Engagement Strategies: Implement creative initiatives to grow the channel's social media following and increase engagement metrics on all platforms.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Computer Science.

Proven experience in social media management, with a focus on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

Demonstrated success in growing social media followings and engagement.

Strong creative and visual skills to develop captivating content.

Analytical mindset to interpret data and measure performance effectively.

communication skills and ability to interact with diverse audiences.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Passion for the Digital Media and staying up-to-date with relevant pop culture trends.

Knowledge of Monetization , CMS , Copyright Management , Right Manager and Other Revenue Streams.
