Responsibilities:

 

Creative Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

 

Content Creation

  • Create compelling, engaging, and original content that aligns with the brand's voice and resonates with our target audience.
  • Use data-driven insights for content creation, and conduct regular social media audits and competitor analyses to identify new trends, best practices, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to enhance social media presence.

 

Content Planning

  • Creation of Content Calendar for various social media platforms, ensuring a balanced mix of original content, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content.

 

Social Media Management

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling/posting, reviewing and responding to comments, and engaging with followers to foster meaningful connections and community growth.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a successful track record in managing social media platforms and growing online communities.
  • A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box, delivering innovative ideas for engaging content.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure and report on performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media advertising and audience targeting is a plus.
