Looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive to manage the company’s social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. This role focuses on organic marketing, brand visibility, and driving business growth without paid ads.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage and grow all official social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

✅ Plan, schedule, and post engaging, brand-focused content (text, images, reels, videos)

✅ Generate creative ideas for campaigns to boost visibility and engagement

✅ Coordinate and assist in content shoots (photos/videos) with innovative concepts

✅ Track performance, analyze results, and provide reports with improvement strategies

✅ Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

✅ Minimum 1–2 years of proven social media management experience

✅ Strong understanding of organic reach, engagement, and growth strategies

✅ Good communication & writing skills with a creative mindset

✅ Up-to-date with digital trends and ability to generate fresh ideas

✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership of the brand image
