Social Media Executive– Instagram (Business/Insight Content)
We are looking for a creative, and highly organized Social Media Executive to manage Instagram content operations for digital project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage daily Instagram content posting (main feed, reels, stories).
- Curate and write engaging, value-driven captions and content for business/insight themes.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand tone and growth goals.
- Collaborate with designers and editors to create visually compelling carousel posts and short videos.
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest optimization strategies based on performance.
- Research trends and competitors in the niche to stay ahead with relevant content ideas.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all posts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and growth planning with the broader team.
Requirements:
- Proven 6 months to 1 year experience managing faceless Instagram pages or niche content accounts).
- Strong grasp of Instagram’s content formats, trends, and algorithms.
- Excellent writing skills especially for short, compelling captions and micro-content.
- Highly organized with strong project management and communication skills.
