Tech Solutions Pro is seeking a talented and motivated Female Social Media Executive to join our expanding marketing team at our Gulberg Greens office in Islamabad. This full-time, on-site position is perfect for an individual passionate about social media trends, creative content, and brand growth through organic means.

As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of Tech Solutions Pro and our diverse clients by managing the content calendar, coordinating creative production, and leading engaging in-house video shoots. You will be responsible for creating and scheduling compelling content across multiple platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn to drive engagement and organically grow our brand awareness.

Your role will involve close collaboration with in-house writers, designers, and video editors to ensure brand consistency and high-quality output. Leading video shoots—whether Reels, TikToks, or behind-the-scenes content—will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, requiring confident management and creative direction skills.

You will also be expected to monitor social media analytics regularly, interpreting performance data to help optimize content strategies and report on results to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and maintain a well-structured content calendar for all relevant social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).

• Coordinate seamlessly with internal writers, graphic designers, and video editors to produce cohesive and engaging content.

• Manage and direct in-house video shoots for various formats including Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes footage, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Drive organic growth through trend-aware, consistent, and quality content posting.

• Track social media analytics to measure performance and support reporting efforts for continuous improvement.

• Uphold the brand’s voice, tone, and visual consistency across all platforms to strengthen identity and audience connection.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and current digital marketing trends.

• Confidence and experience in managing creative shoots and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Previous experience in social media management or a related role will be advantageous.

• Ability to work full-time on-site at the Gulberg Greens office in Islamabad.
