Description:
We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive who can execute, test, optimize, and scale across social media, paid ads, SEO support, and visual content.
This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing + content creation, and wants to grow into a senior digital role in a high-growth startup environment.
What You’ll Do
Social Media & Content
- Manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X (Twitter) & TikTok
- Plan, create, and schedule platform-specific content (Urdu & English)
- Write strong hooks, captions, CTAs, and content titles
- Track engagement, trends, and platform algorithm behavior
Paid Ads & Performance Marketing
- Run and optimize campaigns using Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and GTM
- Optimize campaigns for leads, installs, traffic, and conversions
- Monitor budgets, performance, and ROAS
SEO, ASO & Analytics
- Support on-page SEO and content optimization
- Assist with App Store Optimization (Android & iOS)
- Track results using Google Analytics & Meta Insights
- Prepare basic performance reports and insights
Design & Short-Form Video
- Design posts, thumbnails, banners, reels covers, and ad creatives
- Edit short-form videos for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok
- Resize and adapt creatives for multiple platforms
- Tools: Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)
Brand & Growth Support
- Coordinate with automotive influencers and creators
- Support offline campaigns, events, and activations when required
- Assist with email & SMS campaigns (execution + reporting)
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
- 2–3 years of proven experience in social & digital marketing
- Strong hands-on command of Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and GTM
- Practical understanding of SEO, paid ads, and content performance
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with changing priorities
