Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Leadership

· Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals

· Lead the content calendar across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)

· Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights

· Oversee paid social media campaigns and promotions

Creative Oversight

· Guide the design and branding of social media posts, brochures, YouTube thumbnails, and digital ads

· Collaborate with designers and content creators to maintain visual consistency

· Ensure each post is audience-driven, on-brand, and timely

Team Management

· Lead, mentor, and grow a team of social media designers and content specialists

· Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with marketing, HR, and business units

· Conduct performance reviews and inspire creativity within the team

Requirements

✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Design, or a related field

✔️ 5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands or agencies

✔️ Strong portfolio of social content, campaigns, and visual storytelling

✔️ Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, and analytics dashboards

✔️ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
